Mango kulfi to beat the heat! Try this quick and easy 3 ingredient recipe 🥭🍧

Recipe

Ingredients
• Milk – 1l
• Condensed milk – 1 tin (400 gm)
• Mango – 1 big

1. Heat the milk and bring it to a boil. After the first boil, simmer on low heat until it reduces to 3/4 of its quantity

2. Turn off the heat and let the milk cool down at room temperature. Add the condensed milk and mix well

3. Transfer to a mould and cover it with aluminum foil and freeze for 2-3 hours

4. Remove from the freezer and transfer to a mixer. Blend the kulfi really well for about a minute. This will prevent the kulfi from becoming icy and make its texture creamy

5. Transfer back to the mould. Soften the mango and remove its pulp roughly. Add the mango pulp to the kulfi and mix slightly so that the mango pulp is evenly present in the kulfi

6. Cover the mould with aluminum foil and refrigerate the kulfi for 6 to 8 hours or overnight

Your homemade mango kulfi is ready to eat! 🥭🍧😋
