Honey oats cookies

Tasty and healthy oats cookies with honey, almonds and walnuts 😋

Ingredients
• Rolled oats – 1.5 cup
• Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
• Baking soda – 1 tsp
• Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
• Almonds – 1/4 cup
• Walnuts – 1/4 cup
• Butter – 1/2 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Honey – 1/4 cup
• Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp

1. Grind the rolled oats into a powder and transfer to a bowl. Seive together aata, baking powder, baking soda and add to the oats powder

2. Grind the almonds and walnuts. Add this dry fruit powder to the oats and aata mixture. Combine all the dry ingredients very well

3. In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy. Add honey, vanilla essence and fold it slowly into the butter mixture

4. Add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet mixture and mix together so as to form a dough

5. Make equal sized round balls and flatten them slightly. Bake in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins or until the cookies are slightly brown. You can bake for 2 more minutes (may vary from oven to oven)

Let the cookies cool down at room temperature. The cookies will firm up a bit after cooling down. Enjoy your tasty and healthy oats cookies 🍪 😋
