
Double chocolate muffins
Craving some soft chocolate muffins? Here’s a quick and easy recipe!
Ingredients
• Maida – 1/2 cup
• Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
• Powdered sugar – 1/3 cup
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
• Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1/4 cup
• Milk – 1/2 cup
• Dark chocolate cubes – 18
1. Seive together maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and mix well
2. Add oil, vanilla essence and mix. Add the milk gradually (1/4 cup at a time). Mix well and make sure there are no lumps
3. Grease the moulds and fill half the mould with batter. Keep 3 dark chocolate cubes in the centre. Pour some more batter (about 1 tbsp) to cover the chocolate cubes
4. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake for another 2- 3 minutes if required (May vary from oven to oven)
Let the muffins cool down before you demould or flip them and enjoy! 🍫😋
